Jobbeschreibung	Your tasks: - Developing new cryogenic atom probe sample preparation protocols by focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy for characterizing battery or electrocatalyst materials. - Innovating new correlative methods and cryogenic workflow for characterizing battery or electrocatalyst materials. - Assisting atom probe or other microcopy measurements for the chair of Atomic-scale Characterization.

Qualifikationen	The candidate (m/f/x) musst have: - a PhD degree in materials science, chemistry or physics - extensive experience in atom probe measurements, cryogenic atom probe sample preparation by FIB, glovebox, ultra high vacuum transfer suitcase, and scanning electron microscopy - experiences in the characterization of energy or functional materials - a high level of spoken and written English - can work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team - can work in a multicultural environment - The candidate (m/f/x) may have: Experiences in performing electrochemical measurements - • Fluency in German (at least C1 level, in word and writing – required for an effective communication and for teaching in German) (nur bei Lehrverpflichtung)
